Please note that personalized products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. When an order has been placed using a promotional code offering a discount linked to the simultaneous purchase of a predetermined number of items, returning one or more items may result in the discount being voided if the required number of items is no longer met. The refund will reflect the fact that the discount is no longer applicable. Similarly, when a product is offered as part of a promotional offer, if you return most or all of your order and wish to keep the free gift, it will be automatically charged and therefore deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to be charged for the gift, you can include it with your return.
Free delivery, from € 80 purchase
For any order placed in Metropolitan France for an amount greater than or equal to €80 including tax, Mondial Relay delivery is offered to you in Pickup relai (Chronopost).

If you return most or all of your order for a refund and wish to keep the free gift, it will be automatically charged and therefore deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to be charged for the gift, you can include it with your return. For size or color exchanges, you can keep the free gift.

Your Embroidery is Free
For Valentine's Day, your embroidery is free. This offer applies only to customizable products, with your choice of color, heart placement, and a maximum of 10 to 12 characters or a predefined symbol (see our personalization tool on each product page). Personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If the customer does not specify the desired personalization (without explanation), the workshop reserves the right not to personalize the product. Offer valid from January 31st to February 14th.
